During the initial configuration of the service, you are required to verify ownership of your domain(s). This allows you to upload / create users for the verified domains. This is a required step prior to creating users.
This step must be performed by your network administrator or your service provider. Fortinet cannot assist with this step.
If you intend to use your own domain and create a subdomain for your service (E.g.: <mytrainingdomain>.<mycompanydomain>. <parentleveldomain> // mytrainingdomain.mydomain.com), you must also create and verify that an 'A' record has been created. Your network administrator or service provider must complete this step. Fortinet cannot assist with this step.
Once completed, you can use the following instructions in order to verify that your DNS TXT and / or 'A' records have been successfully created and have propagated so that your users can access the service.
Verifying your DNS TXT record was successfully created and propagated

- Enter your domain and select the 'TXT' button:

If the DNS TXT record was successfully added and propagated, you should get a green 'Verified' confirmation in the Status column. Otherwise, the above test and confirmation below will fail.
