Dashboard


The Dashboard Page appears when you log in to the tenant as the main and default screen. You can also access the dashboard at any time by selecting the Dashboard icon in the navigation pane. The Dashboard is designed to give an high level overview of the currently active campaigns. It does not show information for scheduled, draft or ended campaigns.


The Dashboard shows information such as:


Training Campaign Overview

This All Campaigns number provides a high level overview of the number of currently active campaigns (does not include drafts or campaigns that have ended).


The Allocated Learners indicates the number of unique learners assigned to a campaign. Learners are counted once regardless of how many active campaigns they are assigned.


The Overall Progress gives a breakdown of the status of learner completion. It indicates the number of learners who have yet to start the training, the number that have started but not completed a campaign, the number of learners who have completed the campaign, and the number of learners who have passed the assigned due date for a campaign.


The Escalation Rate indicates the number of learners who have failed a module quiz three or more times in a campaign (if the remediation rule is enabled).

The Training Campaign Details section allows administrators to view the Campaign Status for each module in a campaign. You can also choose which departments you wish to see data for by selecting the department from the dropdown in the upper right corner of this section. Sorting capabilities are also provided for some of the column headers in this section.


FortiPhish Campaigns Overview (if purchase and configured)

This section provides an overview of the FortiPhish campaigns that have been launched as well as the number and percentage of recorded events. Customers can create training assignment campaigns and assign them to FortiPhish events (open, click submit). E.g. If a learner clicks a link in a phishing email, a training campaign can be automatically assigned to the user.
