Administrators have the option to create and schedule training progress reports. These reports are high level and do not contain learner status’, however, they do give a high level overview of the progress of a campaign.
1.) Select Campaigns from the navigation menu, filter the campaigns to access the desirable campaign, then mouse over the campaign and select the three dots in the upper right hand corner and select View:
2.) Select the Report tab at the top of the screen, then turn the Schedule training progress report option button:
3.) Choose whether to send to Specific Users or Department Leads (if you have granted Department Leads permission when importing users or after using the Users page search function) by selecting the appropriate Send To option button selection:
4.) Select the appropriate option button under Set how often the report should be sent:
5.) Click the Schedule now button. A confirmation message is displayed:
