Some customers may need to create firewall rules or whitelists to allow emails to be sent from the Fortinet Security Awareness and Training Service.
Emails from the service are sent from: noreply@ftnt.info
You can also whitelist the domain: ftnt.info
If you require a rule to permit by IP address, the dedicated IP address is: 198.37.145.73
Additional IPs may be added in the future.
