Timeout duration for login sessions and 2FA token code

When logging in to your account, there are two timeout durations that users should be aware of.

Token Code - This is the second-factor authentication email each user will receive when logging in to their training. This token code will remain valid for 10 minutes (600 seconds). If the code is not inputted on the login screen within 10 minutes, a new code will be required.

Session timeout - Each user session will remain valid for up to 1 hour of inactivity (60 minutes). If 1 hour has passed without any user activity, a new login will be required.
