This third generation of the service is where all new and existing customers will need to configure and move to in the coming months.
There are currently 3 versions in deployment:
V2.x - FortiCloud administrators log in to this version from: https://app.training.fortinet.com
V3.x - FortiCloud administrators log in to this version from: https://ftnt.info OR from the FortiCloud Services Menu - Security Awareness (beta) entry.

(You may also have already configured and started using V3.x. We will be contacting customers using this version in the coming months. Regardless of whether you are currently using V2.x or V3.x:
Fortinet is sunsetting V2.x, and this product will be replaced going forward by FortiSAT – Security Awareness Training and Phishing Simulation.
Your current Security Awareness Training V2.x access will end on Friday, June 12th, 2026. After this date, your access will be discontinued, and any data, users, campaigns, configuration, or related settings in the trial environment will be lost.
No data will be migrated to the new version. Therefore, you may wish to log in before Friday, June 12th, 2026 to download your user completion data and clean up artifacts in this configuration (DNS TXT records, A records, SSO apps, etc.).

If you would like assistance decommissioning the service, you can reply all to this email and we will schedule a time to assist.
We are assisting customers on a first come, first served basis. Our deployment coordinators are located in Eastern Time Zone (Ottawa, Ontario Canada). Please take this into consideration when choosing a time.

V2.x users (who have not yet set up V3.x) can follow these steps to configure the new service: Configuration Steps
All customers (both Enterprise and Education) who currently have a training or phishing license registered in FortiCloud do not need to acquire a new license until your current license expires. Your existing registered and valid license can be used with this new service.
Education (K-12) customers will continue to receive the service for free. You will need to renew your license through your account owner and distributor (using a $0 P.O.) when your current licence(s) expire(s). If you do not have currently have a phishing license, you may configure and evaluate the service using the 3 free seats.

The FortiSAT product has 2 service components:
- The InfoSec Awareness and Training Service
- The Phishing Simulator Service
- The Phishing Simulator Service
Customers may purchase one service or the other, or both services. The SKU(s) issued will determine what service(s) you are entitled to. Any customers holding existing licenses for one or both will be able to access the new service using their current licenses.

Please note that V2.x and V3.x provided a free (standard level service) license for up to 25 users. This offering is being discontinued. Customers who used the free 25 user version will now be required to purchase a license.
FortiSAT – Security Awareness Training and Phishing Simulation provides a free trial which is limited to 3 end users (for both the training and phishing components). FortiCloud accounts that do not have a license for both services will still receive 3 free seats so that they may evaluate the service.
