In order to access the Fortinet Security Awareness and Training Service with a free 25 user account, you must follow the steps below. If you have already created a FortiCloud account you wish to utilize, skip to: Initializing / Accessing your Fortinet Security Awareness and Training Service
NOTE FOR PARTNERS: If you wish to have partner permissions added, the account you create or log into must be a Master Support account AND have partner access (must be added to your partner account).

Creating a FortiCloud account:
All Customers and Partners MUST perform this step first. A Master Support Account (FortiCare / FortiCloud) is required in order to:
- Receive additional support from FortiCare Support for FortiCare accounts, product registration codes, other product support.
- Input your Security Awareness and Training Service Registration Code.
- Initialize your Security Awareness and Training Service portal.
- Access the Security Awareness and Training Service Support site.
If you are a Partner, you are still required (and likely already have) a Master Support Account for support of other products and accounts.
If you have already created a FortiCloud master account, proceed to the next step.
- Go to https://support.fortinet.com and select the CREATE ACCOUNT button.
- Provide all account details and create a user name and password.
If you have already created a FortiCloud account, proceed to Initializing / Accessing your Fortinet Security Awareness and Training Service.
NOTE FOR PARTNERS: If you wish to have partner permissions added, the account you create or log into in the next step must be a Master Support account AND have partner access (must be added to your partner account).
Initializing / Accessing your Fortinet Security Awareness and Training Service
- From https://app.training.fortinet.com and click on the LOG IN button.
- Log in using your FortiCloud email and password.
- From the Avatar menu, Select Go to Admin to access the administrative console for the Security Awareness and Training Service.
NOTE: Only tenant administrators and sub-admins will see the Go to Admin button:
Partner Permissions Access (for Authorized Partners only)
In order for partner permissions to be granted, the registered FortiCloud account must also have partner status granted. Contact https://www.fortinet.com/partners/partner-program/become-a-fortinet-partner to apply for Partner status or to request partner permissions for the specific email be granted if it has not been done already.
- From https://ftnt.info click on the 'Team' link.Z:
- OR send an email to [email protected] with a subject of: Partner Access Request
- OR open a new case by accessing the Helpdesk portal ( https://ftnt.freshdesk.com/ ) for the Security Awareness and Training Service using your FortiCloud account email and password and enter Partner Access Request in the ticket subject.
NOTE: Only tenant Admins can open help desk tickets. End users are not entitled to access this site.
Configuring your Tenant Administrator Account to Include a Job Title and Department
Before you can create your initial campaign, you must first assign a Department and Title to the initial Tenant Admin account. This will be required in order to assign the training campaign to your Tenant Administrator. Campaigns are assigned by Department or Title. Follow these steps:
- From the Users Navigation Menu item, select Edit next to your Tenant Administrator account entry:
- Enter your Department and Title in the corresponding fields and select Save:
NOTE: If you have not verified a domain, you will see an error stating:
You have no verified domains. You can only add users with email addresses that use a verified domain. Add a domain.
This step is not required in order to create a campaign for your tenant administrator for the purposes of testing the functionality of the product. If you are ready to start adding users to your service, you must verify your domain first. You can access instructions for this step from this article:
