Sending this notification is optional. For customers using their own single-sign on (SSO) authentication application, this step is not required since they already have an existing username and password to authenticate with.
1.) Select Settings from the navigation menu:
The Settings page is displayed.
2.) Select the Email templates tab:
The Email templates page is displayed
3.) In the First-time login email notification section, select the Edit button:
4.) Select the option button to turn on the notification:
The configuration page is displayed:
5.) From the Send out time section, select the option button to either send the email when the user is added to the service, or when the user is assigned their first training campaign:
Standard level customers cannot complete the steps listed below. Only premium level customers can customize the email templates. |
6.) Customize the Email subject field if you wish to include a different email subject.
7.)Customize the content of the Email body as desired. You may wish to include a support number and/or email, additional information on why the training is being assigned etc. You an also use any of the provided placeholders in the email body. To view the placeholder values, click the + Use placholders in your email button below the body to expand the list of available placeholders:
8.) Customize the Action button text as desired. This is the text that will appear on the button within the email that redirects the learner to set their initial password.
9.) Click the Save button after you have completed your customizations. A confirmation message is displayed:
