Initializing the service

There are 3 steps to initializing and configuring the service:

1.) Creating a FortiCloud / FortiCare master support account

If you already have a FortiCloud / FortiCare master support account that you use to manage your services and products, you can skip this step.

2.) Registering the service using the service contract

If you have already entered your license / product code or this was already entered because you are currently using the V2.x service, you can skip this step.

3.) Initializing the service / tenant

This step allows you to choose your learner data storage location and creates your service. You will also set your intial domain for user access to the service. Premium service level customers can choose a different custom domain during the setup procedure.
