How to I Register my Security Awareness and Training Service Product Code?

STEP 1: Purchase a License for the Service

Obtain a service license from your Fortinet Reseller / Partner organization.

STEP 2: Log in to your FortiCloud / FortiCare Master Support Account

You can log in to your FortiCloud / FortiCare master support account from: https://support.fortinet.com

If you do not have a FortiCloud - FortiCare master support account, you can create one by clicking on the Register button on the same page ( https://support.fortinet.com ): 

We recommend using a generic email as this email and password will need to be shared amongst those that need to log in and administer the Fortinet Security Awareness and Training Service.

STEP 3: Enter the Code

From the Dashboard screen, locate the Register Now button and select it: 

Enter the Registration Code provided to you by your Fortinet Reseller / Partner organization, select the user type and click on the Next button in the lower right hand corner of the screen: 

Accept the license agreements. 

STEP 4: Verify the Licnese

You should now see the entry under the Account Services item in the Asset Management Navigation Menu item:
