ISSUE:
Occasionally, updates are made to the Admin Console and when these releases are pushed, users may experience issues viewing different pages in the Security Awareness and Training Service Administration Console. This occurs because the user browser has cached old configuration information.
SOLUTION:
Clear your browsers cache, restart the browser and log in to the service again.
If this does not correct the issue, open a case by accessing the Security Awareness and Training Service Support portal ( https://helpdesk.ftnt.info ) or send an email to infosec_awareness@fortinet.com and a ticket will be opened.
Please be sure to include the steps to reproduce as well as a screenshot of the affected page(s).
