How to open a helpdesk ticket for the FortiPhish service.

The Security Awareness and Training Service Team does not support the FortiPhish service licensing or configuration issues. 

For this request / issue, you must open a case with the FortiPhish support team. To open a ticket with this team: 

1) Log in to support.fortinet.com FortiCloud / FortiCare support site using the account you used to initialize your Security Awareness and Training Service / FortiPhish Service.

2) Write down or copy and paste the serial number for your FortiPhish service. Select Account Services from the Navigation Menu item, then copy the Serial Number for your service: 


If you do not see a FortiPhish Cloud Entry, then you have not purchased the service (and are using 3 free licenses, or, entered the licenses under a different account). 

3) From The Support Item in the FortiCloud header, select Support, then select Create a Ticket from the menu: 


4) From the FortiCare / Create Ticket menu, select Technical Support Ticket from the Specify Request Ticket Type from the options: 


5) Enter the serial number you copied or wrote down in step 2 above and select Submit Ticket: 


6) Complete the form ensuring to provide accurate information for all mandatory fields and select Next button: 


7) Complete the Add Comment field and provide as much detail as possible by filling out the form and uploading any applicable screenshots and attachments, then select Next button: 


8) Select the Finish button. You will receive an email once the request has been processed. You can also turn on email interaction if not yet enabled (otherwise you will need to log in and check your tickets manually):
