For existing cutomers who already have a V.2 client configured and working, tenant administrators and learners access the tenants differently.
(V2.x) Tenant Administrator Access:
If you wish to log in to a V2.x service/tenant:
1) Navigate to https://app.training.com and log in using the associated FortiCloud account.
The V.2 service will open.
(V3.x) Tenant Administrator Access:
If you wish to log in to a V3.x service/tenant:
1) Navigate to https://ftnt.info, select the Login button and log in using the associated FortiCloud account.
The V.3 service will open.
The two accounts above are the same FortiCloud/FortiCare account that was used to enter the licences. Both V.2 and V.3 services share the same account for licensing purposes.
Learner Access / Sub Administrator Access:
The login link depends on what you specify in the respective Administrative Configurations. You will need to log in to the respective version of the service in order to access the custom domain value for your learners. The screenshots below show you where you can find this information (per your intial configuration). The values in the screenshots below are examples. You should use the corresponding values from your service tenants.
